i was definitely surprised about this deck. I thought it would be more aggressive and on the serious side, but the ride turned out to be relaxed, fun, and floaty while being able to lay serious carves on the steepest icy terrain i could find. I loved the long sidecut on this board and it helped me tackle a 32 degree headwall with pure carving confidence and edge hold. I was able to throw spins and butters on the nose as well. Even with a wide stance i could see some flex in the nose, but the shape did not have any problems barreling through moguls and glades. In fact that flex and shape up front made it more comfortable to deal with the rise and fall of each mogul.

I was so worry about this board and the size I want buy. I was looking for carving board that I can charge hard and leave pencil-line carve on tracks. Finally I got 162w with size 9 boot. After few months , just want to say JUST LOVVVVEE IT�. perfect board, so nimble edge to edge , so stable . I never thought Nidecker will be my trusted brand.

This is a great shape and so much fun to ride even in steep terrain. My only complaint is the base. Compared to Nidecker's top base this one is really mediocre.

I would spend the extra bucks for a better base, and no, I do not want the plus. I am pretty sure this is a much better all day ride.

Fantastic edge hold and a flex that is balanced. The base edges were very catchy before I beveled them to 1�. My only criticism is the shape of the nose, with its squared off design, seemed to make the board prone to auger in when carving in softer conditions leading to a few unplanned aerial maneuvers.
