I have about 30 ish runs on these bindings. I’mrunning them on a 26’Capita Mega Death with Nidckers Kita boots. Firstly, holy responsiveness Batman! They are absolutely solid AF! As I’m upgrading to these from the non carbon supermatics these are noticeably lighter and the feature improvements are very noticeable. The carbons new latching is sick and super smooth. I’m super excited to try the other Nidecker step ins and planning on grabbing a pair if their super light classic strap style for my freestyle setup. Moral of the story. The bindings are sick.they are super easy to dial in(crazy amount of adjustment) . I feel like with the Kita boot you could run a Large size binding at size 12 but in myvans theXL is a definite must. I appreciate this companies quality and durability.

I have been riding clickers (K2, Shimano & Yonex close to 20 years) mainly in deep Powser, last January 2026 in Japan my kids purchased 2 sets of Carbon Supermatic XL despite the salesman saying they are not good in Powder, i was shocked how good they were my kids went from beginners to advanced we recorded 57 miles an hour going down hill, these bindings are sturdy, easy to stem in as setup, this review is about the third set i just purchased

excellent quality, stiffness, and excellent confort (with nidecker shoes), but the rig is definitely heavy and you will feel it. If you really want to benefit from the supermatic it's a really good choice but it comes with this downside. On a daily basis I always had to sit down on snow in some context anyway, so personally, next time I will come back to old school system.

Had an issue with new out-of-the-box binding from Nidecker. I have been trying to reach their warranty department for a few weeks regarding a defective product. All I get is a Ned bot stay away if you value customer services. I’ve spent thousands with Nidecker. I can’t get a simple bolt warranted on a brand-new binding out of the box. It leads me to believe they won’t stand behind any of their products. Buy from someone who actually has a phone number you can call when you have an issue, I will not buy another Nidecker product nor would I recommend them to anyone.

I havent put it to the test on the mountain yet but snapping in and hopping around my living room feels better than my old bindings. Ill be updating after April 18th

These bindings are incredibly heavy. I notice it most when riding a chairlift, really hurts my ankle. but they are fast to put on, so maybe they’re just for gondola laps?

Les fixation sont très bien fait, le mécanisme fonctionne très bien. beaucoup plus rapide que des fix normal mais par contre mon point négatif c'Est qu'elles sont très grosse et rajoute du poids sur la planche.

Only have 2 days riding these but I'm absolutely loving them! Been riding Flows for years and they've been great but I'll bereplacing all my bindings with these. Super easy in and out for teaching!

Super happy with the Step In functionality as I have (sometimes) issues with my back, I am 60 years old and still snowboarding, mostly with a group of skiers, so this gives me the possibilty to start as quick as they do.
Stiffness and response is great, I have a quite hefty snowboard from OXESS, a great custom swiss board (and ski) manufacturer.
Supermatic is easy to use, can be adjusted to my requirments.
Material and quality are top.
Pricey, but from my perspective worth every penny.

Love these bindings,superb quality, stiff, responsive and so easy to get into.

Good Binding.
Exactly the same weight as the regular supermatics. I have both pairs and i put them on a food scale and they were the exact same weight and i was pissed because I got them to shave off weight.
No need to buy them. Get the regular ones. Same thing.

Responsive, comfortable, fast in and out.
Assuming they are durable (only have had then out for 2 days, but one of those days was 12hrs long), these are easy to reccomend to people that want a quick entry responsive binding.

Excellent quality

I moved to the Supermatics from a traditional strap binding. I had no real issue with the strap bindings but I was interested to try the benefits of the Supermatic entry system and I was not disappointed.

The performance is as good if not better then my previous traditional bindings. I had considered Burton Step-Ons but Burton boots tend not to fit well for me and I liked the idea that the Supermatics could be used with any boot.

My friend recently bought the Step-Ons and when comparing them on holiday, he felt that the Supermatics looked easier to engage, particularly in powder or on a slope.

I would recommend these bindings.

Firstly, I�d like to say that these bindings worked flawlessly as they are meant to, but there�s one major issue. The heel cup mechanism drags on the heel of your boots, and will inevitably rip off the rear sole. Both of my boots have been ruined after a couple of days on the mountain, and while they are old, and probably are ready to be replaced, any new boots with a similar rear design will fail the same way.
So unless you wear a pair of the newer Nidecker boots with the Transition Zone, your boots will very likely separate like mine did.
So while you CAN wear any brand of boots you wish, no other manufacturer has it in mind to design their boot heels to accommodate the rigorous sliding that they�ll go through, and they will eventually have the same problem.
I love the bindings, and the concept does work as it should, but they technically CAN�T be used with ANY boot out there.

Just what I was anticipating to purchase! Super stiff binding, super responsive and (after a few runs) easy and fast entry. No sitting in the snow, no waiting time for your fellow skiers.

Stiffer then the regular supermatics and not as damp. The locking straps are auto locking compared to the regular that you had to lock after adjustments. Since its carbon even if your foot goes in a bit sideways the pedal goes down straight. With the regular you have to go down straight or it might not lock entirely

Quick, super comfortable and so easy to use

I am absolutely charmed by these bindings! They are a perfect fit as a ski patroller quick and stiff! Perfect response to movement and no need for specific boots! :heart_eyes:

J�adore ces fixations . La tenue du pied est excellente avec des straps bien con�us, offrant un bon maintien et un confort optimal. Petit b�mol : en cas de forte accumulation de neige sous la talonnette, le verrouillage peut �tre difficile. Excellent choix qui allie performance et facilit� d�utilisation.
