Born at the foot of Chamonix's imposing peaks, Zian Perrot-Couttet soon traded competitive snowboarding for the challenge of pure alpinism – tackling super steep pitches where access involves ropework and falling isn't an option. A true French adventurer in the spirit of Pierre-André Rhem and Jérôme Ruby, Zian has already ticked off numerous legendary lines with a quiet confidence beyond his years. When he’s not documenting his own sketchy ridge scrambles, he spends his time training for the PGHM – Chamonix's elite mountain rescue.
