Had to buy because of poor warranty support

I bought these because I wanted to ride my expensive carbon supermatic bindings. I was disappointed the heel strap tore so fast. Then you Nidecker wouldn�t warranty it. No local shops had this part. I was just shocked at Nideckers support on this, it was very poor. I hope this strap lasts longer.
