Featuring a mellow flex alongside our trademark asymmetric design, the Muon-X is a great value binding for beginner to intermediate riders looking to up their game. The glass-filled nylon baseplate and hiback have been designed for a perfect fit with any Nidecker boots. We’ve dialled in plenty of heel-to-toe response, using off-axis power beams to deliver energy more efficiently into the edge, but kept the binding less stiff laterally so it’s more forgiving if your technique is less than perfect. The extra flex also comes in handy when you’re ready to try some presses and start tweaking your grabs.A robust ComfortFit ankle strap offers plenty of padding and can be adjusted easily without any tools. We’ve paired it with the same cutting-edge AuxTech® toe strap as our high end models, which cleverly expands around your boot for awesome support. Both straps feature lightweight nylon Proton-Ratchets boasting a smooth and reliable action. This is a comfortable, versatile and super durable binding that you won’t outgrow in a hurry.

Great bindings

Great bindings! - they do the job well and look good doing it

Easy to install

I can scan the QR code from the paper. And it guide me to install by videos.

Too big

Bought the bindings 2 weeks ago and used them everyday eversince. They are super comfortable to ride and easy to install.
My boot size is 43 1/3 so regarding to the size details I bought them in L. Unfortunately they are way too big. I can just about close them. size M woul'ved been way better.
Also the toe buckle has a hard time closing from time to time. It's just slipping up again.
My old bindings broke before, so I had to use these and couldn't return them. It's okay but not optimal, I would recommend size M up to boot size 44!

Basic, but works as described

Well honestly they're bindings, they're not going to light the world on fire but if you don't have sixteen thousand bucks to buy the latest carbon titanium whatevers, these things are going to work for you. Everything is smooth and crisp, they're comforatble....no complaints about my Muons.

And perfect for the price. Still waiting to give them a real test.

Heel drag

I had issue with heel drag. I have a 41. 5 sized boots and a large binding. I don't know why when i put the forward lean to max, there is no heel drag. But when I put no forward lean, there is a heel drag. The bindings are centered on the snowboard, and my board is not undersized either. I had to rotate the disc 90 degrees and push the binding forward to solve the issue. I couldn't adjust the heel cup because the heel cups are locked in place.

Good for a season

I�ve been riding these bindings for 2 seasons, mostly in the park, and the toe strap just broke after 1.5 seasons of riding. The toe release broke first or second time out. Overall great bang for your buck.

Toe buckle broke quick

Stoked on how comfortable these are to ride and how easily the usually clip in and release, but one of my toe buckles wouldn't release and ended up busting! The place I bought em didn't have a replacement, so now I'm hoping I can get the right one off the site.
