The Altai-W is the centrepiece of our new women’s boot collection, offering premium features and freeride-friendly support at an unbeatable price. It’s built around an asymmetrical upper that fits perfectly with Nidecker and Flow binding straps, eliminating pressure points. The Dual BOA lacing system features textile-coated laces and twin dials to allow you to control the upper and lower sections independently. Underneath, our lightweight B.F.T Gravity 2.0 outsole delivers awesome cushioning and traction, with a rubber toe-tip to boost grip when hiking over ice and rock. We’ve smoothed out the connection between the outsole and the boot via a molded section we call the Transition Zone, eliminating the usual hard edge to prevent it from getting caught in your binding’s heelcup. A tough rubber print on the toe box protects the boot and adds a touch more style. Inside, we’ve introduced a cosy new Silver liner made from the snuggest materials; it’s comfortable straight out the box – with good wriggle room for your toes – and heat-moldable for a custom fit. The Altai is a mid-stiff model with plenty of lateral support, making it great for laying down carves in resort or threading lines through the trees.
